PROJECT LPC 2013
Then I went to Europe, I gained a lot. Thing 8 kg and the arrival in Brazil and food and drink to celebrate, if there were more than 2 kg, totaling 10 kg. Folks, 10 kg in one year is too much. I’ve never been thin, but after I did the lipo, I lost about 20 pounds, and now I see chubby (as at the time of liposuction). I wondered the possibility of another, but you know I do not have money, time and encouragement to each other – my stomach is retained, nowadays gain weight in places that previously did not fattened like arms (Italian look a mama hehehe)
So I decided to create the tag design LPC 2013 which will be nothing more than my diet and exercise routine. I started working and it helps others, because I have lots of options and salad at the restaurant where I can start working to reeducate myself and feeding schedules. Home gym also.
I think the most important decision was to make a nutritional education for life and not momentary diet (diet of protein, but love can not be without fruit, Social Club and Maxi Goiabinha ..)
The goals are weekly … This week is (think short-term assistance)
- Going to the gym at least 4 days
- Take at least 1 liter of water per day
- Fruit 1 time per day and only in the full sandwich dinner
- Resist the bread with garlic and barbecue goodies I have on Saturday!
- Target -2 kg this week
I’ve taken pictures of how I am and the weight (scale) in a month I post the results to you (the monthly target is about 7 kg) and on the diet, they can charge me, you will be my “police” Diet hehehe .. Next week, do a post talking about if I could fulfill the goals.
